Dr. Gregory Priest graduated Summa Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College (now known as Life University College of Chiropractic) in 1983. He excelled academically, graduating with a 3.95 GPA, as Salutatorian of the Graduating Class. He has practiced Chiropractic Medicine in Melbourne, Florida since 1983.

After receiving his Doctorate in Chiropractic, Dr. Priest continued his education by completing a postgraduate Chiropractic Orthopedic program in Orlando, Florida which was offered by The National College of Chiropractic (now known as National University of Health Sciences).
Dr. Priest then passed the Chiropractic Orthopedic board examinations offered by the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists, which consisted of a 400-question written examination and a comprehensive oral/practical examination. Upon passing these examinations, Dr. Priest was awarded the title of Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists.

Dr. Priest has served in numerous capacities during his career, such as: Appointed Member of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the 18th Judicial Circuit (1991-1994); Past Member of the Board of Directors of the Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists (2009); Editorial Review Board, Journal of the Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists; Expert Medical Advisor, State of Florida Division of Worker's Compensation (1995); Chiropractic Orthopedics Core Curriculum Subcommittee Chairman (2002); Past Member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Chiropractic Association (1991-1992); Past President of the Brevard County Chiropractic Society.

Dr. Priest has written a number of professional papers and case reports, including "The Regional Physical Examination: An Overview", Journal of the American Chiropractic Association (October 1987); "The Cervical Spine Whiplash", Digest of Chiropractic Economics (July/August 1988); "MRI and Nuc Med", Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists Online Journal (December 2004); "A Case Report of Carotid Artery Dissection in a Chiropractic Patient After Cervical Hyperextension", Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists Web Cases (2002); "A Case Report of a Missed Compression Fracture After a Head-On Collision", Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists Web Cases (2002).

Dr. Priest is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Florida Chiropractic Association, Brevard County Chiropractic Society, American College of Chiropractic Orthopedists, Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists, and ACA Council on Chiropractic Orthopedics.
